The field Aubert and Pamela de Villaine is located Bouzeron, the first village in C ¶ te Chalonnaise south of Beaune. The small area of this appellation is one of the "secrets" of Burgundy. The field has been cultivated since 1986 in farming and winemaking is done in accordance with the traditions of Burgundy. In the field Villaine is owned by Aubert de Villaine who also is the manager of the famous Domaine de la Romanee Conti. This is considered the savior of the white grape of Bouzeron in 'uvrant including the creation of this young appellation. This Bouzeron 100% Aligote wine is fresh and fond ideal on fish that do not fear living in the cellar a few years.
