Domaine Robert Groffier Father and Son is located in the commune of Morey-Saint-Denis, C ¶ te de Nuits. Winemakers from father to son for several generations, the family opened in 1930 Groffier a shop selling wines through the grandfather Jules Groffier, champion cyclist and champion of boxing at the beginning of last century. Robert took over and today is Nicolas perpetuating the family business. This quiet area has reached the last fifteen years a quality level that makes the wines almost unobtainable on the market. Domaine Robert Groffier offers beautiful parcels names Chambolle-Musigny and Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambertin grands crus Clos de Beze, and good-ponds. The Bonnes-Mares 2007 Domaine Groffier displays a silhouette with remarkable power combined with delicate tannins.
