This wine remains in barrel for 25 years U.S. until it reaches its full maturity. This is the most awarded wine of the area that rivals the finest wines in the world. It offers a very dark almost black, opaque color tints to dark chocolate. Of great aromatic complexity, this wine develops aromas of coffee and cocoa with hints of plums, dried dates and figs. Its finish is incredible and persistent. On the palate it is delicate and smooth with a discreet acidity characteristic of older wines from Pedro Ximenez, aging infinity.
