This calvados is from a double distillation. It was a classic aging in old barrels to calvados followed by passage of one year in casks which have contained sherry. The nose is rich and round, comes with notes of dried fruits like prunes and candied cherry and. Some fragrances also pastry. The palate is full and fat, it provides flexible and soft tannins. Lots of material and a final tip of bergamot.
